Dr. Minski has 25+ years leadership experience in executive level and management roles. As founder and President of CMA Leadership Consultants, her expertise includes consulting, coaching, training, and talent development services. In her background as Director of Training and Workforce Development, she provided organizational consulting for over 300 businesses. She designed career advancement centers for Pennsylvania State University campuses and Arcadia University. Carol-Anne has an MBA from Philadelphia University, and an MA in Counseling from Arcadia University, and a PhD in Human and Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University. Accomplishments include:

• Designed the strategic plan and created the career advancement center at Penn State Great Valley
• Staffed and directed a new project team effectively matching skills to job requirements for McNiel Consumer Products.
• Conducted job analysis, wrote job specifications, designed recruiting program for Rhone-Poulenc Rorer Pharmaceuticals.
• Designed workforce development programs for Montgomery County Career Link, Council for Adult and Experiential Learning.
• Business advisor to the Arcadia Business Capstone Program, Foundation Free Enterprise Education, and Students in Free Enterprise.
• Keynote Speaking: Arcadia University, Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, Cedar Crest College, International Coach Federation, Association of Career Planners International, Association for Talent Development, Delaware Health & Social Services.
• Served 3 years on the Board of Directors for (SHRM) Great Valley Human Resource Association.
