Sharon’ mission is to help businesses and organizations to help themselves. She is an experienced organizational development professional with 20+ years of experience in the field. She has also held leadership positions in Operations and Human Resources, most recently working thirteen years in the contact center environment at Telerx.
Her style of leadership development is to understand what motivates leaders, identify personal and professional objectives and use those goals to develop a personalized development program that will take leaders from good to great!
Sharon attended Muhlenberg College with studies focused on Business Psychology and has an Executive Leadership Certification from Cornell University. This widely respected program equips its graduates to recognize organizational change tactics, evaluate the effectiveness of those tactics, and identify coaching in terms of an organization. She is certified to facilitate Crucial Conversations and has helped more than 200 participants become equipped with the tools to converse when the stakes are high from front line leaders to executive leaders.
Continuing to sharpen her skills she is a Certified John Maxwell Coach and Speaker. Sharon embodies the mission to do something of significance and work to transform lives by bringing skills and value to leaders all over the world.
